I just took the CRNE on Wednesday.
Let me tell you that the practice exams (both the LeaRN online exam and the Prep Guide) were way way way way easier than the actual exam!
To be honest, I was a bit shocked at the difference in difficulty between the prep and the exam.
Of course, I won't be posting what was actually on the exam. To be honest, I half don't remember due to the stress!
I do feel though that they did do their job in making sure a wide variety of competencies were covered.
Now the agonizing part is waiting for 6 weeks.

Hi! Thank goodness I found your site. I am actually on the same boat. But you are luckier because you're a Canadian Citizen. I'm in the Philippines right now. I am being evaluated by the CRNBC. i have a few questions to ask:
1)how long was the processing of CRNBC in your case.
2) What year did you graduate in nursing?
3)I actually applied with VCH and they told me to that they may consider my application if I have an evaluation with CRNBC. I'm totally devastated with what you said about VCH. I don't want to waste $260 for the evaluation for nothing. you mean it's a false reasurance?
4) How long is your nursing experience?
